Welcome to Hydrogen Village
The goal of Hydrogen Village is to lead the way to a green and sustainable energy future by raising awareness and breaking down barriers to markets for hydrogen, fuel cell and other relevant technologies within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The GTA is already home to a growing cluster of unique, sustainable hydrogen and fuel cell projects. These projects illustrate that the hydrogen economy is not a dream for the distant future. Hydrogen and fuel cell technology has realistic applications for today. Village News - UTM Opens Canada's First Multiple SOFC Facility
The University of Toronto
at Mississauga (UTM) opened Canada's first multiple solid oxide fuel cell facility on
April 19, 2006. The facility will supply clean and environmentally
friendly heat and power for 12 student townhouse units. This Hydrogen
Village project is sponsored by the Government of Canada's Hydrogen
Early Adopter's Program (h2EA), UTM, and Fuel Cell Technologies Ltd. Take Our Survey! Sorry, our survey is temporarily off line. Please try again later. © 2007 Hydrogen Village. All rights reserved. |
